Signature – add your own signature

Modified on Mon, 10 Jun at 3:06 PM

If you don't want to re-sign every document or use an automatically inserted signature, create your own sample signature. The best way to create a sample signature is on a touchscreen device, phone or tablet.

Setting the signature colour

You can set the signature color for both your sample signature and the counterparty's signature.

Choose the colour before saving the signature so that the change will take effect.

The default is black - if you want to change it, just click in the box and select the colour and shade in the colour range, then click next to it and then click Save Settings.

You can also change the color by typing in a specific hex code in the form #000000 (e.g. for indigo blue the code is #4B0082).

Insert signature

Next, proceed to create your own sample signature by clicking the Insert Signature button. A selection of Stylus, Text and Image signature methods will appear.

Enter a signature using the selected method and confirm your choice with the Insert Signature button.

Insert signature into documents

Your signature is always preset when you sign a document.

Under some circumstances, it is also possible to have your signature automatically inserted into the document.
